This mashup was inspired by Fred Wilson’s Tumblog post, looking at Foursquare checkins. I actually use Gowalla more as a check-in service, mainly because it’s less flaky, more friends are there and it recognises more places around me, making check-ins much easier.
Still, you can see I spend local time mostly in downtown Hudson County and Manhattan. The two outposts in Brooklyn are bugs as I actually checked-in locally in Jersey City, but Foursquare mysteriously decided I was over the other side in the 5th Borough, hah!
